13th April 2022 Wing Boarding: Llanfairfechan Wind Direction: WSW Wind Stength: F3 then F4 Surf / Sea State: Small chop Air Temperature: 14 Sea Temperature: 8.7 Weather: Sun Max Speed: Distance Covered: Bit of a walk at 1.5m low tide and wind had dropped so hard to get going for a while, then breeze increased a couple of knots and OK though still struggle a bit on port tack to get going. Once wind up OK both tacks and lovely flying in flat, blue sea, could see sand, and mountains lit by sun. Wing back to upwind better and concentrated on keeping board level turning downwind. Could relax enough to enjoy the views. |
